IR SBC Investments LLC is a vacation home, event, and rental property provider that acquires luxury properties to provide affluent clientele with beautiful locations to host luxurious, high-end events. We are currently in process to acquire/build 10 additional properties and structures upon the current property and the acquisition of others in the Cheboygan County, Charlevoix, Petosky, Burt Lake and Mullet Lake Michigan areas, to be used as luxury event and vacation venues. We will provide affluent clientele with a beautiful location to host luxurious, high-end events. We take care of it all so that the customer can enjoy their celebrations, vacations, and other special occasions.
